The hotel staff were very accomdating and welcomed us well. They sorted out the two room keys and always gave us a nice greeting whenever we arrived. The beds were comfy and had two pillows which is rare in Japan.
The aircon controls have no translation and use kanji on the LED display, which made it impossible to know how to use them. There was no bath only a shower. The lights were a little awkward to use and the built in clock glows way too bright.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location
Amazing shower, great feel, comfy beds. Hotel has a Food and Drink Station in the lobby selling a variety of snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices. It’s also a great place to sit and relax, with no obligation to buy hotel food. Ski drying facilities was an unexpected bonus.
